Rich, fruit forward cherry flavors, softtannins, a medium body and a smooth
velvety finish. Pairs well with creamy
soups, salmon, and savory pork dishes.
My Review
- Smell: cherry, earthy, musky, oakey
- Taste: oakey, cherry, raspberry
- This wine had great tannins with a very smooth finish
Overall this was one of the better pinot noirs I have ever had, would probably be very good paired with something. I did not pair this wine with food.
